His Royal Highness, Ntufam Godwin Ogar Ntui was born on the 12th day of September, 1948 to Ntufam Ogar Ntui Ntufam  and Madam Mbana Ntui at Obung village in Akamkpa Local Government.

He has his early childhold education under the strict tutelage of his parent and his primary education at St. George Primary School, Old Netim between 1955 and 1960  for his First School Leaving Certificate. Thereafter, he attended Government Secondary School (GOSSA), akamkpa from 1961 to 1967.

He started his career as a Military Officer in 1967 as a Staff Sergeant where he served meritoriously until his retirement in 1988. After his successful working career, HRH Ntufam Godwin Ogar Ntui returned to his home town and within the space of time the people of Obung Village placed a mandate on him to serve them as one of the certificated village heads in Obung Village (Village Head of Achi-agui Village). 2007, he was elevated to the position of a Clan Head (i.e. Clan Head of Netim Clan).

HRH Ntufam Godwin has demonstrated his leadership traits to his people socially, economically and otherwise. He is loved by his people as a result of his numerous contributions towards their uplift and empowerment. His intelligence, diligence, hardworking, humanitarian dispositions, gentleness and above all the fear of God, has attracted many acclamations by all sundry. It is not surprising that various organizations have honoured him with several awards in recognition of his contributions to the development of the community, clan in particular and the local government at large. No wonder the 4th African Credibility Gold Award was conferred on him in Abuja in July  2013 and he was also identified and honoured with the award of Justice of Peace (JP), and in 2013, HRH Godwin Ntui was appointed Ambassador for Peace of the United Nations, who the cap fits, let him wear it.

HRH, Godwin Ntui is married to his lovely wife Queen Theresa Ntui and they are blessed with children.
